– 3 eggs

Way of Preparation:

4. Fry the pancakes in a classic pan. You can serve them with sour cream and chives sauce or any other sauce of your choice.

How to prepare:

  • Add salt to the egg yolks and mix well with flour and parmesan.

  • Washed spinach cook in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain well.
  • Fry finely chopped onion in heated butter and add spinach.
  • Pour sour cream into the spinach and pour everything together on the omelet.

– 350 g of chicken white meat

Way of preparation:

Lemon balm wine –

1 l of white wine
A handful of fresh lemon balm

Leave to stand for a week in a closed bottle. Drink 1-1.5 dcl daily.

Lemon balm syrup –

350 g of sugar

1 liter of water

2 handfuls of lemon balm (fresh)

3 lemons

Boil sugar in water, immediately add lemon juice and lemon balm leaves. Cover and leave for 24 hours. Strain the syrup into bottles, close well and store in a cool place.
Serve the syrup diluted with water.

Lotion –

3-4 tablespoons of lemon balm leaves

1 dcl 70% alcohol

2 dcl of distilled water

Pour boiling water over the lemon balm leaves and leave covered for 30 minutes. Strain the liquid, add alcohol and shake well.

Balm oil –

4 tablespoons dried lemon balm leaves (or 8 tablespoons fresh)

3 dcl of olive oil

Lemon balm oil, used for massage against rheumatism and gout. The bottle is not tightly closed, but only with a piece of cotton wool. Leave to stand in the heat for 4-6 weeks.

French Fries From The Oven

This is a very tasty way to prepare juicy potatoes, and does not require much time.

  • Ingredients:
  • 1 kg of potatoes,
  • 50 g of butter,
  • 1 tablespoon of flour,
  • 1 egg,
  • 200 g of ham,
  • 50 g of grated parmesan,
  • 1.5 dl of milk,
  • salt.
  • Cook the potatoes in their skins, peel them and cut them into thin rings. Finely chop the ham.
  • Make bechamel sauce.
  • Grease baking dish with oil.
  • Put the first row of potatoes and sprinkle with ham and parmesan and pour over the bechamel sauce which is not too thick.
  • Repeat the process until you have used up all the ingredients. The last row must end with potatoes.
  • Dilute the remaining bechamel with egg and milk and pour over the potatoes.

Bake in the oven for up to 30 minutes.

Serve in a baking dish and sprinkle with parmesan.


Russian Salad – An Ideal Appetizer For Any Celebration

This is a salad you must try. It is ideal as an appetizer or side dish to any celebration.

  • 1 smaller chicken, weighing up to 1 kg
  • 200 g of ham
  • 200 g of carrots
  • 200 g peas
  • 2-3 potatoes
  • 1 head of celery
  • 200 g of cauliflower
  • 2 pickles
  • 250 g of mayonnaise
  • Parsley
  • Salt

How to prepare:

  • Cook the chicken, cool, clean the bones and cut the meat into cubes.
  • Finely chop the ham. Boil the greens and drain well from the water, cut into cubes, also chop two pickles.
  • Separate one cup from the mayonnaise, and dilute the rest a little with lukewarm water. Stir in the green, ham and chicken into this diluted part.

Serve the salad on a round shallow plate. Drizzle it with the mayonnaise you separated.
Garnish with radishes, olives and parsley leaves.

With this salad you can fill boiled eggs or tomatoes and also serve as an appetizer.
