Zucchini is very easy to prepare in this way, they are not greasy at all, but they are crispy and tasty, and the preparation it’self does not require much time.

These fries are amazingly crisp-tender and healthy with just 135.4 calories. And no one would ever believe that these are baked!
Ingredients
- 2 zucchini
- Salt
- flour and breadcrumbs
- 3 eggs
Preparation
Zucchini cut into rings and salt. Beat the eggs well with a fork.
Roll the zucchini first in the flour, then in the eggs and finally in the breadcrumbs and arrange them in a baking tray.
Put a drop of two oils over each zucchini and bake them in the oven at 170°C.
When one side is baked and is finely golden browned turn them to the other side.
Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.
