Wine cake with cinnamon and walnuts – a delicious cake that is prepared quickly, without eggs

A little wine comes in handy with everyone’s favorite dish or with a chat with friends.

However, leave one glass of wine to combine with the ingredients you will use when you make this delicious cake.

So, we don’t need a lot of ingredients, which can be a real relief, so there is no list of ingredients to buy. And within 10 minutes you can put it in the oven to bake.

Wine cake with cinnamon and walnuts

Ingredients:

  • 250g of ground walnuts
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 250 g of white wine
  • a small spoonful of cinnamon
  • a small spoonful of baking soda
  • 250g flour

Preparation:

Combine all the ingredients and bake until the cake gets a nice color. After that, cut it, sprinkle with powdered sugar and it is ready for tasting.

    1. I’m very glad you like the idea. Try it. Ground walnuts, well, maybe a food processor … I haven’t tried it. They must be like small flakes, in order to blend nicely with the flour. It is best to buy ground walnuts.

      1. I have only met one cake that I did not enjoy. It was a banana cake with banana icing. What made it even worse was I thought it would be lemon so that first shock of mushy banana almost did me in. 😧
