– 4 – 5 cloves of garlic

– 300 to 400 grams of broccoli

– olive or other oil

– salt

– pepper

– other spices to taste

It is necessary to lightly fry the finely chopped onion and garlic, and then add the broccoli. You can also add a little flour if desired. Then pour water and simmer for a few minutes.

You can either finely chop the broccoli beforehand, or after a few minutes of cooking, transfer the entire mixture to a blender, and prepare an excellent cream soup from this vegetable. At the end of cooking, add spices as desired, spice and parsley combine perfectly with broccoli.
