225 ml Goat’s milk 3.5% mm
225 ml of water
400g Tzatziki Salad,
Frying ingredients :
Whisk all the ingredients for the pancakes with a mixer on a low speed, then let it stand for 15 minutes. Bake the pancakes in a heated pan coated with oil.
Fill the cooled pancakes with tzatziki salad and wrap them like rolls so that they are tightly wrapped. Roll each in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs, and then fry them in hot oil.
Serve the pancakes while still warm.

Tzaziki has a phenomenal refreshing taste.
2 larger cucumbers 🥒🥒
400 ml Greek yogurt (can also be plain, thick yogurt)
3-4 cloves of garlic
1/2 bunch of fresh dill
a little salt
a little white pepper
a little olive oil
Peel a cucumber and grate it on a large grater. Salt the grated cucumbers, mix them and leave them for a while to release the water. During that time, finely chop the spice, mash the garlic. Drain the cucumbers well, then add the crushed garlic, chopped dill, pepper and a few drops of olive oil. Mix it all up and finally add the Greek type of yogurt (or some other yogurt that is thick, even sour cream can pass) .
