A Glass Full of Health and Energy, Breakfast Smoothie, Salty Vegetable Smoothie, Green Chard and Detox Smoothie

A smoothie is health in a glass, a refreshment, a healthy snack, even a complete meal!

Sweet, salty, fruity, vegetable, in a thousand combinations – and it’s up to you to choose the one that suits you best or invent a completely new one, because a smoothie is a completely creative and free culinary creation.

For a quality smoothie, you need a blender, groceries and three to five minutes of time.

I have prepared for you a few healthy recipes that will help you refresh and recharge your batteries, and cleanse your body of toxins. Over time, you will add the ingredients and doses yourself.

Breakfast smoothie 🍏🍌

Banana and apple smoothie, as breakfast

This recipe is ideal for a perfect start to the day, and if you add oatmeal to this β€˜breakfast smoothie’, your body will be grateful.


1 apple

1 banana

2 dcl of milk

1 dcl of yogurt

1 tablespoon honey

Salty vegetable smoothie πŸ₯’πŸ…

Salty Vegetable Smoothie with tomato, cucumber, lettuce, yogurt and salt

This is one of the most popular β€˜vegetable’ recipes.


1 tomato

1 cucumber

3 lettuce leaves

1.5 cups of yogurt

a little salt

Green smoothie πŸ₯¬πŸ

Green smoothie with chard, apple, bananas and cinnamon

We offer this smoothie in two variants: the first is completely simple and for it you need two bananas, one bunch of chard and a glass of water as a liquid base.

A tastier variant for those who do not like the taste of chard is obtained when we add one apple and a bit of cinnamon to the above combination – the green exotic color remains, but the taste changes drastically.

Smoothie for a flat stomach

It’s called this because it’s ideal for breakfast, and a healthy breakfast leads to a balanced diet and a lean line.


2 pears or apples cut into smaller pieces

2 dcl of milk

1.5 dcl of probiotic yogurt

2 tablespoons oatmeal

half a teaspoon of cinnamon

pinch of salt

sweeten with honey if desired

Detox Smoothie 🍊🍏🍌πŸ₯¬

Detox Smoothie with spinach, apples, bananas and oranges

For this daily dose of health you need:

2 bananas

2 oranges

1 apple

2 handfuls of spinach

    1. Milk and yogurt should not be combined with pineapple and oranges. There may be digestive problems in that combination. Of course, you can always use vegetable milk as a substitute, or completely eliminate milk from the recipe…
      The advantages are that the milk smoothie is nutritious and can replace breakfast or dinner.
