- 300g of chicken liver,
- 300g of ham,
- Wash and dry the liver with a napkin.
- Cut the ham into cubes.
- Arrange a cube of ham and a piece of liver on a skewer and so on alternately.
Bake on the grill for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Add salt only when it is baked and removed from the grill.
Serve with a seasonal salad.
