Radish Salad Ideal Snack or Side Dish

This delicious and healthy salad can be an ideal snack or side dish.

Radish salad


Ingredients are:

  • 5 hard-boiled eggs,
  • 100 g of ham,
  • 2 bunches of radish,
  • parsley,
  • a teaspoon of mustard,
  • 2 dl of sour cream,
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
  • pepper, salt.

Way of preparation:

  • Cut eggs, radishes and ham into cubes. Add mustard, chopped parsley, pepper, sour cream, salt and mayonnaise. Mix everything and cool before serving.
