I often like to prepare a salad with broccoli and cauliflower.
With a little work I get the perfect taste.
It contains healthy ingredients, provides a feeling of satiety, so it can replace a complete meal. In my opinion, it provides an ideal dinner.
- 1 head – about 450 g of broccoli
- 1/2 smaller cauliflower head
- 6-7 pieces of cherry tomatoes
- 100 g of hard cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 small head of red onion
- Oregano, salt
Broccoli and cauliflower wash and separate into florets, then put them in boiling, salted water and cook for 2-3 minutes, then strain them and put in cold water to stop cooking, preserve color and crunchy texture. Leave the drained flowers to cool.
Cook broccoli and cauliflower in boiling salted water for up to 3 minutes.
We added sliced onion to the cooled and cooked broccoli and cauliflower.
We added tomato, cheese, oregano and salt. Mix everything.
Finally pour over the mayonnaise, and mix everything together.
