Potato Milk, Lean, Allergen-Free and Healthy – a Simple and Quick Recipe

If you like vegetable milk, I suggest you try potato milk.

Potato milk contains many antioxidants, essential nutrients along with vitamins C and B12 and minerals such as potassium, magnesium, and its taste is neutral, so it can be enriched with components to get aroma, in addition it is used for cooking.

Homemade potato milk

There are many recipes for preparation of this milk. The recipe I am conveying to you is really simple and you can prepare it very easily and quickly at home.

Components:

  • 3 cups water,
  • 1 large potato,
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract,
  • a handful of chopped almonds,
  • 2 tablespoons honey,
  • a little salt.

Preparation:

  • Peel a potatoes, and boil it in water with a pinch of salt.
  • Then cut the potatoes and put it in a blender, pour the water in which it was cooked, add the vanilla extract, honey, almonds and blend for at least five minutes.
  • Finally, strain it through gauze.
