Recipe For A Light Carrot Cake

This cake is easy to prepare, very tasty and light.

Carrot cake


(the measure is a cup of 2 dl)

– 4 eggs

– 2 cups brown sugar

– 2 cups flour

– 3 teaspoons of cinnamon

– 3 teaspoons of vanilla sugar

– 3 teaspoons baking powder

– 2 dl of oil

– 2 1/2 cups grated carrots

– 2 teaspoons baking soda

For decoration:

– 200 ml of sweet sour cream

– a handful of walnuts


Whisk the eggs and sugar until foamy, then add the other ingredients and beat the smooth dough with the mixer on the lowest speed.

Bake the prepared dough for about 60 minutes at 150Β°C.

Wait for the cake to cool, then decorate it with whipped sweet sour cream and chopped walnuts.
