Mushroom Stew

Mushroom stew

We need:

  • 500 g of fresh mushrooms of your choice or 100 g of dried mushrooms,
  • 0.5 dl of oil or butter,
  • 1 teaspoon of flour,
  • 1 head of onion,
  • white pepper, salt.


  • Peel and wash the mushrooms, and cut into thin slices.
  • Heat the oil and fry the finely chopped garlic. Add the mushrooms and fry everything together briefly. Add salt, pepper and flour.
  • Pour a little warm water and cook for about 20 minutes.
