Healthy and delicious cream soup of beets and horseradish
– 500 g of beets
– 1 red onion
– 200 g of potatoes
– 1 clove of garlic
– 200 g sour cream
– salt, pepper, sugar
– 1 tablespoon grated horseradish
– 1 teaspoon cumin
– 750 ml of chicken soup
Peel the beets and potatoes and wash them, then cut them into cubes.
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, then fry in a little oil.
Then add the beets and potatoes, then pour over the soup and let it cook for about 40 minutes.
Mix the soup with 100 g of sour cream in a blender or with a stick mixer. Add salt, pepper, cumin and sugar.
Mix horseradish with the remaining 100 g of sour cream and serve with cream soup.
