How to Make Banana Pancakes – a Healthy Dessert

Ingredients:

100 g of flour
100 g of chopped oatmeal
120 ml of milk
1 banana
2 eggs
2 tablespoons honey
½ bags of vanilla sugar
½ bags of baking powder
a little salt and baking soda
50 g of melted butter

We still need fruit for decoration:

100 g seasonal fruit of choice
1 apple
1 banana
50 g almonds


Preparation:

Mash the banana, add the eggs and beat, then add the flour, oatmeal, melted butter, milk, baking powder, vanilla sugar, baking soda, salt and honey.
Combine everything nicely and let it stand for 15 minutes.

Heat a little oil in a pan, then bake the pancakes at a moderate temperature until they turn brown on both sides.
Garnish with fruit and almonds, then serve.
