Mash the banana, add the eggs and beat, then add the flour, oatmeal, melted butter, milk, baking powder, vanilla sugar, baking soda, salt and honey. Combine everything nicely and let it stand for 15 minutes.
Heat a little oil in a pan, then bake the pancakes at a moderate temperature until they turn brown on both sides. Garnish with fruit and almonds, then serve.
