For this gourmet specialty, we need:
- 750 g of pork steaks,
- 1 cup of milk,
- 2 dl of oil, 2 eggs,
- 4 tablespoons of flour, salt.
- Cut the meat into steaks. Wash and dry them.
- Make egg, flour, milk and salt dough as for pancakes.
- Heat the oil well.
- Ask each steak into the dough and then fry until they get a golden brown color on both sides.
- Arrange them on a heated plate and serve immediately with some puree and salad.
