Zucchini, Turmeric (Curcuma) and Tomato Soup – Stimulates Blood Circulate and Accelerates Metabolism

This soup thanks to its simple element – turmeric – cleanses the body of toxins, stimulates blood movement and quickens metabolism.


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg of fresh tomatoes
  • 1/2 kg zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 liter of soup
  • Butter, pepper, salt

Preparation:

  • Fry the chopped onion and chopped zucchini in butter for about 5 minutes until the zucchini are soft.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and flour. Fry for a few minutes, add turmeric and soup.
  • Cover and cook on low heat for about 30 minutes.
  • Then beat with a hand mixer or blender, strain and season.


Serve warm.

  1. Excellent my Dear Sister Sophia! I use so much Turmeric in my cooking but never have I made this dish or soup like it; yet I’ve always enjoyed tomato soup! This is something I’m going to love as a delicious simple light meal but as a pick me up as well!!!

    Thank you for as usual stimulating my taste buds and daily outlook being balanced as in also my healthy diet!

      1. Oh Sophia, how would I have known that already my Dear Lady! I know I shouldn’t assume but hey come on you know more about this stuff than me by far; you are the go to Lady for my dining and herbal needs lately!

        So I don’t mind if you don’t; OK? If I bug you a bit then just tell me to take a hike or something like that; I can a take the hint very well; had practice; LOL! Well only a little!βœ¨πŸ˜‰

        Seriously Turmeric has really helped me and is an amazing substance; I love it with my pan-broiled colored peppers and onions!

    1. Dear Julia! I adore turmeric and I use it really often. Every dish is different with it. It goes well with every dish. But it is good to use pepper with it, so that there is a balance. πŸ€—πŸ₯£
