This beetroot smoothie is a real treasure. The combination of foods from which it is made has amazing properties. It helps the body get rid of accumulated toxins, speeds up metabolism, and thus starts the weight loss process.

This drink is best consumed before a meal.
Ingredients:
- Half a beet
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- Half a squeezed lemon
- A little black pepper
- A little agave juice
- Half a glass of oat milk, half a glass of almond milk and half a glass of coconut milk
- Two or three ice cubes
Preparation:
- Blend half the beets with oat milk.
- Then blend turmeric with almond milk, and mix agave juice and lemon with coconut milk.
- First pour blended oat milk with beets into a glass, then put a little crushed ice and then milk with turmeric, then add the rest of the ice again and finally coconut milk.
- Put pepper on top.
