Juicy apple cinnamon pancakes

I really like apple pancakes because they are very juicy, and in combination with cinnamon you get a really fantastic taste.

Apple cinnamon pancakes

– 2 eggs

– 120 g of yogurt

– 200 g of flour

– 2 teaspoons of honey

– 1 teaspoon baking powder

– 100 ml of milk

– 1 vanilla sugar

– A little salt

– 2 smaller apples

– A little cinnamon

– frying oil

  • Mix eggs, yogurt and milk well, then add flour and all other ingredients. At the very end, add the grated apples in small pieces and mix well again.
  • Heat the oil and fry the small pancakes until nicely golden browned on both sides. Put them on a kitchen towel.
  • Serve as desired with jam, syrup, cream or powdered sugar.

Enjoy! 🧑
