Dessert with pears and honey is not only easy to prepare, but also very tasty and healthy.
We only need two ingredients:
- honey and pears
- Just turn the oven to 220°C, slice the pears and bake them for about 10 minutes.
- Leave to cool a bit and remove them from the oven and coat with honey and bake for another 10 minutes.
- By themselves, they are prepared as a great dessert, but you can eat them with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, walnuts or dry fruit.
This dessert is really healthy, pears contain a large percentage of vitamins and minerals, among them are vitamin C and copper which are antioxidants so eating pears works wonders for your immunity. Honey contains vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, so this puts it in a much more valuable place than sugar.
