Juicy chicken from a pan with lemon sauce

Everyone will praise your skills, because the chicken prepared in this way is really perfect. If you are not in the mood for complicated meals that require a lot of effort, then you can make a great meal in less than half an hour. Chicken when prepared with this creamy sauce has a very juicy taste.


  • 3 chicken fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream for cooking
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill


  • Fry the meat in oil and butter for 5 minutes on both sides.
  • Then take the meat out of the pan and put the chopped garlic.
  • Add broth, cooking sour cream, lemon juice and peel, as well as chopped dill.
  • Cook for 5 minutes, then return the meat.
  • When the sauce thickens it is done.

Serve with rice or potatoes.
