Mozzarella bread – melts in your mouth

This delicious mozzarella bread really melts in your mouth.


250g flour

2 tablespoons sugar

1.5 bags of dry yeast

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 egg

125ml of warm milk


1 egg

2 tablespoons butter

1 clove of garlic

2 tablespoons spring onions

2 balls of mozzarella


  • Combine dough ingredients. Make a smooth dough (whisk the milk and egg before adding), let it rise.
  • When the dough rises, transfer it to the pan in which it will be baked and leave it for fifteen minutes.
  • Then coat with melted butter and beaten egg. with a spoon make incisions in the dough in which you will put the mozzarella.
  • Sprinkle with onion and sesame, bake at 200Β°C for 20 minutes.
