Danish pie with mushrooms and leeks

Danish pie with mushrooms and leeks is prepared in half an hour, and it will delight you with its taste.It is ideal as a dinner.


  • Packing pie crusts
  • Olive oil
  • Packing mushrooms
  • Leek
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Basil
  • 3 eggs


  • Fry onions, mushrooms, then add basil and spices.
  • In a deep bowl, mix three beaten eggs and the finished mixture.
  • Oil the baking sheet and arrange a row of crusts, a row of fillings, as long as you have the material.
  • Finally, coat with a little olive oil and bake for 30 minutes at 180Β°C.

Serve with sour milk or kefir.
