For a quality smoothie, you need a blender, groceries and three to five minutes of time.
I have prepared for you a few healthy recipes that will help you refresh and recharge your batteries, and cleanse your body of toxins. Over time, you will add the ingredients and doses yourself.

Salty vegetable smoothie
This is one of the most popular ‘vegetable’ recipes.
3 lettuce leaves
1.5 cups of yogurt
a little salt
We offer this smoothie in two variants: the first is completely simple and for it you need two bananas, one bunch of chard and a glass of water as a liquid base.
A tastier variant for those who do not like the taste of chard is obtained when we add one apple and a bit of cinnamon to the above combination – the green exotic color remains, but the taste changes drastically.
Smoothie for a flat stomach
It’s called this because it’s ideal for breakfast, and a healthy breakfast leads to a balanced diet and a lean line.
