Chicken meat with bacon and cheese – fast and tasty

This way of preparing chicken is simple, and in a short time you will get an effective dish. Your guests will be delighted. Juicy chicken in combination with bacon and cheese, and also nicely baked – there is no better option for lunch or dinner.

Components :

  • 2 pieces of white chicken meat
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • 50 g of cheese on the leaves
  • 50 g dry bacon
  • 1 green pepper

Topping:

  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 tbsp
  • soy sauce
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation:

  • Cut the meat as deep as possible along the entire width at a distance of 2 cm.
  • Put garlic leaves, peppers, cheese, dried bacon in the slits.
  • In a bowl, mix oil, mayonnaise, mustard, soy sauce, salt, pepper.
  • Pour over stuffed meat … If desired, add some potatoes.
  • Bake at 210Β°C for about 45 min.
