  1. Fantastic and it looks so delicious especially for a cooler or wintry weather season! I’ve been making a Ginger/Lemon Green Tea with raw honey and Cayenne pepper for years that I love even though its so strong and bitter as it acts as an immune system tonic I do believe! But this will be so much better to get my daily doses of those great food stuffs that have medicinal qualities but will be so enjoyable and nutritious too!

    1. Thanks for visiting, and for such a nice comment😊. I usually drink a similar tea in winter, but without lemon, I also add cloves and lemon balm … It strengthens the body. We definitely have more energy when we eat healthier, and we are in a better mood. 😃

      1. Hello anytime my friend and such good ideas you offer for eating and staying healthy! This change up for the tea you mention sounds great and I will try it this week maybe today actually if I have the cloves but lemon balm I will buy next time at the store! Oh the worst thing is to be dragging or beat up from not enough rest or not fueling our bodies properly!
I hope to share much more here and thank you for the good thoughts my dear Lady!
        See you!
