- 4 eggs
- 200 g broccoli
- 100 g cheddar cheese
- Salt, pepper.
- Beat eggs, salt and pepper together.
- Heat a little oil in a pan.
- Add finely chopped broccoli and stir until light green.
- Add eggs and bake.
- Sprinkle with cheese and cover the pan.
- Bake for 30 seconds or until cheese begins to melt.
