Recipe: Omelette with broccoli and cheese

As an ideal breakfast and quick to prepare, this omelet gives perfect energy and can be classified as a chrono diet.


  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 100 g cheddar cheese
  • Salt, pepper.


  • Beat eggs, salt and pepper together.
  • Heat a little oil in a pan.
  • Add finely chopped broccoli and stir until light green.
  • Add eggs and bake.
  • Sprinkle with cheese and cover the pan.
  • Bake for 30 seconds or until cheese begins to melt.
