Recipe for real gourmets – pork steak in beer sauce

The steaks prepared in this way are very tasty and juicy. Bake in the oven.


  • 700 g pork
  • salt, pepper
  • about 60 g of flour
  • Parsley
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • 100 ml of tomato juice
  • 100 ml of water
  • 100 ml of beer
  • Cherry tomato


  • Season the steak with salt and pepper. Then roll them in flour and arrange in an oiled pan. Sprinkle the meat with parsley and chopped garlic. Put another row of meat over with the parsley and garlic.
  • Mix tomato juice, water and beer, then pour over the meat. Add cherry tomatoes over. Bake covered for 60-70 minutes at 220 ° C + uncovered for another 15 minutes.

Serve with mashed potatoes, rice or pasta.
