Turmeric (Curcuma longa) – a natural antibiotic

      1. Oh yes it was and you are helpful dear! You do very good things here and I needed that health-related inspiration you offer to get me moving on taking charge; so had a special green/detox tea with ginger, lemon and cayenne pepper already, also I just ate a pepper and onion sandwich cooked with plenty of turmeric and garlic! I’m really percolating now and much better so soon!
