Refreshing cold cucumber soup – without cooking


This is a refreshing soup for hot summer days.

Ingredients:

– 2 small fresh cucumbers

– 125 ml of water

– 250 ml of thick yogurt

– 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill

– 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley

– 2 spring onions

– 1 teaspoon mustard

– 2 cloves of garlic

Preparation:

Wash the cucumber and cut it into cubes, then put it in a blender.

Add thick yogurt, water, dill, parsley, garlic and mustard, and mix everything well.

Pour into a small bowl and refrigerate for at least four hours, preferably overnight, to combine all ingredients and cool well.

Serve cold.
