A Russian sweet pie that is prepared easily and quickly

It is prepared quickly and easily.

Ingredients for the bark:

8 yolks

100 g powdered sugar

200 g butter

1 lemon zest

1 teaspoon rum

1 vanilla sugar

350 g of flour

Ingredients for the filling:

8 egg whites

100 g of crystal sugar

250 g ground walnuts

3 tablespoons flour

100 g grated chocolate

Preparation:

Ingredients for the crusts mix and knead and divide into two parts.

Make two crusts. Put the first crust in a baking tray and pour the whipped stuffing, then cover with the second crust.

Coat with egg yolk and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
