Greek cuisine: Stuffed peppers the Greek way

Make a real Mediterranean lunch and enjoy every bite.


  • 6 Bell peppers
  • 360 g of tuna
  • 250 ml of Greek yogurt
  • Spoon of mustard
  • 1 Spring onion
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 80 g Peanuts
  • Salt and pepper
  • 50 g of cheese


  • Cut the bell peppers in half, place in a pan and bake in the oven at 220 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
  • During this time, make the filling. Mix tuna, Greek yogurt, mustard, spring onions, lemon juice and peanuts. Add salt and pepper.
  • Stuff the peppers, finally add the grated cheese, and bake for another 5 minutes at 220c.
