Here is a delicious cake with fresh strawberries that is prepared quickly.
- 8 egg whites
- 400 g of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 8 egg yolks
- 200 g of powdered sugar
- 300 g of ground biscuits
- 1 butter
- 100 ml of milk
- 1 kg of fresh strawberries
- 2 bags of whipped cream
Whisk the egg whites, add the sugar, then whisk well, finally add the vinegar. Bake the crust at 150 degrees celsius for about 50 minutes in a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Whisk the egg yolks with the powdered sugar and butter. Add biscuits and milk.
Steam the egg yolks and sugar, then add butter, biscuits and milk to the cooled ones.
Put half of the filling on the crust, then sliced fresh strawberries, the other half of the filling and finally whipped cream.
Put the cake in the fridge to cool.
Garnish with strawberries and serve.
