Spring salad with radishes

Here is an idea how to cool down and refresh yourself with one delicious and healthy salad, which goes well with every dish.

5 boiled eggs
2 ties radish
100 g of ham
Fresh primrose
1 teaspoon mustard
2 dl sour cream
A few tablespoons of mayonnaise
Pepper, salt

Cut eggs, radishes and ham into small cubes.

Add chopped parsley, mustard, salt, sour cream, pepper, and mayonnaise to taste.

Stir and cool before serving.
