Pork neck on the grill

We need 1kg of pork neck steak, spice, oil and mustard.

Season each piece of meat with salt, season and coat with mustard. Put in the cold to stand for about 1 hour.

Bake on a hot grill for about 15 minutes, turning until golden brown.

Serve with french fries and green or tomato salad.
