Grilled burgers

We need: 700 g of minced beef, 300 g of minced pork, 2 onions, pepper, salt.

Mix both types of meat by hand, add finely chopped onion. Add salt and pepper. Mix everything well until the mass begins to separate from the hands. Leave briefly in the cold.

Light the grill. Mix the mass again by hand and form five balls. Make five burgers, you can with your hands, and you can pour aluminum foil, put a ball, put another piece of pooled aluminum foil over it and press with something, say a plate. The burgers should be about 1cm thick.

Bake them on high heat.

Serve with french fries or rice, we also recommend a sour cream topping, of course finely chopped onions and a seasonal salad.
