Mashed potato moussaka

It is prepared quickly, and it is extremely tasty.


1 ½ kg of potatoes
750 g of minced mixed meat – beef and pork
1 tablespoon butter
1.5 dl of milk
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 onion
2 eggs
Pepper, salt

Boil peeled potatoes in salted water. Drain the water and strain the potatoes.

Fry the chopped onion in hot butter. Add the meat, salt and pepper.
Grease the baking dish with butter. Put one layer of puree, then the meat. Finish with puree.

Whisk the sour cream with the eggs and milk and pour over the moussaka.

Bake in the oven only until golden brown.
