600 g minced mixed meat (pork and beef)
1 larger head of cauliflower
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon butter
3 dl milk
1 dl sour cream
Make dough for thicker pancakes from milk, flour and eggs.
Boil the cauliflower in salted water, drain and cut into pieces. Dip it in pancake batter and fry in hot butter.
Separately fry the finely chopped onion and add the minced meat, fry everything together a little.
Grease a baking dish with butter. Put the first row of cauliflower, and over the meat filling. Put the cauliflower over the meat again.
Stir in the sour cream and egg, add a little milk and pour over the cauliflower.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
