4 sausages (cut in several places)
100 g of flour
300 ml of milk
2 tablespoons mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Arrange sliced onions and sausages in a baking dish.
Pour in a little oil and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Whisk in flour, salt, milk, egg, mustard and thyme.
Pour around the sausages and bake for up to 40 minutes, until the dish is browned.
