Fish Leaf on the grill


We need 1kg of fish leaf, sea salt, parsley, lemon, olive oil


Leave the cleaned and cut hinterland leaf to thaw. Mix olive oil, sea salt, lemon and primrose and put the leaf in this marinade for a couple of hours.

Bake on low heat for up to 20 minutes, turn and spread with marinade.

Serve with fresh cucumber salad.
