Stuffing steak

We need: 500 g of minced pork shoulder, 0.5 dl of oil, 1 bun squeezed from milk, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs-pretzels, parsley, pepper, salt.

Add the bun, egg, finely chopped primrose leaf to the minced meat twice, and mix everything well. Pour a tablespoon of cold water and mix the dough again by hand.

Leave the mass to stand for 10 minutes, and then make round steaks that will not be too thin.

Roll them in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil on both sides.
