Parisian steak – a dish of true gourmets

For this gourmet specialty, we need: 750 g of leg pork, 1 cup of milk, 2 dl of oil, 2 eggs, 4 tablespoons of flour, salt.

Cut the meat into steaks. Wash and dry them.

Make egg, flour, milk and salt dough as for pancakes. Heat the oil well. Ask each steak into the dough and then fry until they get a light yellow color on both sides.

Arrange them on a heated plate and serve immediately with some puree and salad.
