Lamb stew in the Hungarian way

We need: 1 kg of lamb from the front, 500 g of onion, 1 teaspoon of flour, 3 tablespoons of sour cream, ground dry sweet pepper, parsley, salt.

Cut the lamb into smaller pieces. Cut the onion into rings and fry in oil. Add the meat and fry together. Add a little warm water.

When the meat is half cooked, sprinkle it with flour, chopped parsley, ground dry sweet pepper and salt. Add warm water and cook until the meat is tender. Finally add the sour cream.
