We need: 750gr of veal, 200gr of smoked bacon, 350gr of onion, 3 fresh bell peppers, 5dl of white wine, 1 green hot pepper, pepper, salt.
Cut the meat into larger pieces, bacon into small cubes. Cut the beans, peppers and onions into rings.
At the bottom of the pan in which you will cook the stew, put the bacon first, and then the meat. Add salt, pepper, half of the onion, then fresh bell peppers, and finish with a row of onions. Pour all the wine, cover and simmer for about 2 hours.
Do not remove the lid during cooking.
