Green beans with eggs

We need: 1 kg of fresh green beans, 1 tablespoon of oil, 5 dl of milk, 1 teaspoon of flour, 4 eggs, 2 onions, parsley, allspice, pepper, salt.

Wash the green beans and cut off the tops. Fry finely chopped onion in oil. Add the green beans.

Simmer all together, adding a little water. Add salt, pepper and finely chopped parsley leaf. Make a paste in the pan by frying the flour and then add a little allspice. Pour this spray over the green beans.

Grease a casserole dish, which you will then be able to bring to the table with oil, and pour in the green beans. Pour scrambled eggs with milk over it. Add salt. Bake the green beans in the oven.

Serve with sour milk.
