Fresh mushroom stew


We need: 500 g of fresh mushrooms of your choice or 100 g of dried mushrooms, 0.5 dl of oil or butter, 1 teaspoon of flour, 1 head of onion, white pepper, salt.


Peel and wash the mushrooms, and cut into thin slices.

Heat the oil and fry the finely chopped garlic. Add the mushrooms and fry everything together briefly. Add salt, pepper and flour.

Pour a little warm water and cook for about 20 minutes.
