Spring salad with radishes and arugula


300g fresh arugula, 2 hard-boiled eggs, 1 bunch of radishes, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt.


Cut the radishes into rings, add arugula, salt, olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Add the eggs that you cut into slices. Mix everything carefully.
