We need: 600 g of minced pork, 600 g of minced beef, 2 medium-sized onions, ground dry sweet pepper, 2 eggs, oil, salt and pepper.
Mix beef and pork well, add finely chopped onion, salt, pepper, eggs and a little oil. Mix well. Leave for a couple of hours in the cold.
Light the grill well. Mix the meat again and form a kebab about 5 cm long by hand or with a press.
Bake them, at the end of baking, sprinkle them with ground dry sweet pepper.
Serve with chopped onion, and puree as desired.
