We need: 300 g of tomatoes, 100 g of whole cheese, 2 fresh green peppers, 1 fresh hot pepper, a head of onion, oil, salt, primrose, 2 hard-boiled eggs.
Roast the peppers and peel them, leave them to drain a bit and then cut them into square pieces. Cut fresh tomatoes into cubes. Finely chop the onion, hot pepper into thin rings. All lightly excuse together.
Pour over the oil, put the shredded cheese and chopped boiled eggs over it. Sprinkle with chopped primrose.
