Grilled squid skewers


We need: ½ kg of squid, tomato, lemon juice, butter, oil.


Clean the squid and remove their tentacles. Wash them and dry them with a paper napkin or towel.

Cut the tomatoes into slices. Skewer squid and tomato alternately on metal skewers. Salt them, sprinkle with lemon juice and grease with oil.

Bake on high heat. Grease them with butter before serving. Serve with cooked rice and fresh cucumber salad.
