Grilled sardines


We need: 1 kg of sardines, ground dry sweet pepper, flour, salt.


Clean the sardines, wash them and dry them with a paper towel.

In a shallow bowl, add the flour and ground dry sweet pepper. Roll each sardine.

Bake them on the grills of a well-heated and greased grill, for 4 minutes on both sides.

Serve with chard salad or potato salad and lemon slices.
